How good is the FZ16 Racekit?

Hi guys i am hearing at lot about these racekits brought by YAMAHA. I happen to own a FZ16 for almost a year. The day i saw these kits i was blownaway. I was looking forward to fit this racekit on my FZ. However since it has come to my knowledge that its gonna void the warranty on my bike i got confused. Is the exhaust really that good and is it worth fitting it at expense of the warranty? Please help me out guys.
