  • Ideas on a tank bag for the Fazer

I couldnt find an ownership experience thread for the Fazer so posting in a new topic. Has anyone come across a tank bag that will fit the Yamaha Fazer?

    Query Moved and Approved.

Hey Bunny, how are you doing? Have you tried the Cramster tankbag on the Fazer? Don't they fit?

@Aryan the Cramster saddle bags use magnetic fastners to anchor the bag on to the tank and as the Fazer has fiber panels on it's tank it's not possible to use the cramster ones unles some figures out and comes up with fastners with some hooks and bungee cords.

Also the Cramster shop on Cunningham Rd in bangalore had a tank bag with Suction cups instead of magnets by Joe Rocket costing about 6k aprox.

Well, last week i did check out a imported Tank Bag in Cramster's Shop - Cunningham Road / Bangalore - He quoted me 1400Rs for the Smallish Tank Bag - No Magnets, But the Suction cups.. Its not as big as the cramster Tank bag, But he mentioned its basically used on SBK's.

You can call Cramsters @ 080-4151-9713 and check out more details..

Welcome to xbhp @deogaurav, tank banks are basically bags that can be mounted on top of the fuel tank of the bike and usually have magnets in them that stick to the sides of the fuel tank. These can be used as storage along with saddle bags. You can see a perfect example if you see this link

3 Bags that I have come across in India.

Turtle - Magnetic Tankbag from Cramster

                    Mustang TankBag from Studds

Adventure on the Rocks sells one. He does not have that displayed on his site but you can contact him to check if that is still available.

If you find any other brand available in India. Let us know.

PS: If any of the members have the above bags, please write a review with some good pic so that it will be benificial for members.

I can work as a freelance photographer for the above project if any Bangalore XBHP member is planning to write a review.

                    Cheers
