    I never rode any new pulsars. But i used to own a classic 180(nice bike).
    I also felt the same problem(never fell from it though). The weight distribution if the bike is more towards the rear so front feels very loose/scary at turns sand etc. But with some careful sorting i was able to tackle the problem sucessfully
    1. I fixed a MRF MOTO series tyre up front(Roads wre very dusty and unpredictable then)
    2. I fixed a taller rear shock (from some yamaha 4-stroke) so i have a free rear end and sharp front.

    If any of your friends have libero/gladiator try to interchange the shocks and do a trial.

    *brake on gear when u r on sand and apply rear brake first.
