  • Engine Noise problem in My Apache RTR 180:

    Hello ,

I have a RTR 180 compled 1200kms as of Today. When I take the Bike to Higher Speeds like 80kmph ,I hear a tik tik noise. It is like knocking;I mean the Sound you get when trying to climb a hill in wrong gear.Is it Something to Worry about? Is it due to Piston Rings Overheated or Is it from Crank or Some Other Parts. My Bike is already running on loose tappets and valves after the first service. Will It be the reason for this Noise? From What I know ,It seems like the Ring Noise.Help is needed.

Another Issue I faced is ,when I returned after a 40kms trip ,suddenly the Engine Stopped because of the Ignition Stopped Mysteriously. There is No Display in Digital Console During that time.when I switch off the Key and Start again ,Bike started as if Nothing happened.Earlier ,I have issues with the Ignition Key when switched ON ,there is No Display.this is Happening for past 2 days.TVS Guys said Cleaning the Lock system will Help Since it might have got Patina(Copper corrosion).Apart from this ,there is no issues with Digiconsole and tacho.

What Will be the Reason for these 2 Problems.
