    Fiero - Fuel Tank Help

    I have a 2000 model Suzuki Fiero (later renamed as TVS Fiero and was in production till 2003). The fuel tank is damaged and needs replacement. TVS does not have stock as it is an outdated model. They have made an order with the factory, but no result.

    Can you please let me know how to source one in Bangalore?

            by the way, on airport road.. next to the departure, there is this sathkar restaurant...next to it is a small mech shop... the mechanic there is rafeeq.. u may ask him for a tank..he'l arrange one..

              Thanks friend. I would like to meet you during a weekend.

              I have heard about these shops in shivaji nagar, but do not know the location. I am quite familiar with shivaji nagar area - commercial street and parallel streets, russel market, infantry road, safina plaza, etc

                Just tinker and repaint man. Dont trust these used tanks.

                    u can even ask sri ganesh auto spares at jaynagar near old tvs service center for old tank...he might be having the original one.

                          Deepak is a close friend of mine. He does not deal with old stuffs nor does he have any more stock of tanks. There was a time when he stocked a lot of Suzuki/TVS Fiero tanks, panels etc. I know what he stocks, pin to pin

                            There is a crack below the tank. I have fixed it temporarily using M-Seal and using the bike.

                            Petrol is slightly evaporating from the tank cap, so I thought about changing it as soon as possible. Is it possible to change only the tank cap?

                              hey joel.u might remember or not but u had told me to contact him to buy tires when i had come to bangalore.i had seen lot of tvs stuff and the guy was a trustwothy guy...so just told..didnt know he doesnt keep it anymore....the tank is avaliable in mumbai...anyway u can arrange from here?
