I own a pulsar 150 classic ..i want to change it's round headlamp..
is it possible to use FZ headlamp if yes how much it cost

you can. the headlamp is around 900 bucks with the bulbs fitted. you need the rear bracket to mount the headlamp cleanly around 250-300 rs. and about 450-500 rs for all three pieces of plastic that fit on the headlamp.
