It won't be possible for you to directly fit the P220's clip-on bars on the P180 Classic. For that, the whole fork assembly needs to be changed, which can prove to be quite a headache, both financially as well as in other sense. Trust me!

      My thoughts exactly.

The P220's clip-on handle bar set (complete with left, right, center and 'base' pieces) should cost you something around INR1200/-, but the front fork mods might raise the bar higher.

Don't go in for after-market clip-ons because they're no good and could (possibly) prove extremely dangerous as well, if you know what I mean.

Yes, the 220's front forks alone will cost u 5700+ and then the clip-on's.

Im not sure, but he could try figuring out if theres any difference in the fork dia, etc etc of the UG4, i think itll be a straight fit with the least mods. The 220's setup looks complex to even think of.

The P180 UG4 and the P200[ Fi and carb both] have fatter forks than any pulsar ever released.

if ur forks are of same width as ZMR then the clip ons of ZMR can be bolted directly to forks below the upper fork plate.
though i havnt seen ZMR's clip-on dismantled but may be it is possible. chk it out.
