It's not easy to guess what might have happened inside by your description, kindly take the bike to Authorised TVS SS and use all means (complain/talk to TVS customer care etc etc) to get it repaired from TVS...I guess your bike is in warranty period?

I can't tell you the exact reason, but faced this problem couple of times and first time when it happened I ran to a service center they told nothing serious come for next time they will fix it but I forced them to sort out the stuff. don't know correctly what happened. But after that when ever it happened i didn't took it seriously and in the required service timing the guys fixed it. So don't get worried bout this. anyhow if you want to fix it go to the service center they will fix it.

thanks dude.. actually my 4th service is by next week ..need to check at that time. I'm not rippin the bike now as before. The problem is not coming when it is driven gently. Anyway I will check with those guys for the fix .

Another thing to share with you after each service the sound of engine comes down drastically but as soon as you ride your bike more than 100 kmph couple of time it starts giving wired sounds like one you are talking about. I don't know the reason.
