  • [Help]: Clip Ons

I have a P180UG3 and I have installed rearsets on it from the P200.
Now with the existing seating position with the original UG3 handlebars and the seat, I get lower back ache. The feet are placed too damn comfortably. But the lower back hurts on long rides.
I was wondering if installing clip ons will solve this issue because generally rearsets are coupled with clip ons to make the rider comfortable. So I have a query,
The R15 and the pulsar have the same fork diameter right?
So can the clip ons from the R15 fit a pulsar UG3?
What are my other options in clipons?
I want proper clip ons and not those poser make believe clipons which actually fit on another plate and all. and the clip ons from the UG4 need the fork to be replaced. So it involves more cost.

    Query Approved.

dunno what kind of tweaking/mods the R15 clip-ons would require.

clip-ons would be ideal... but using the P200 handlebar should probably solve your problem...
it's a direct fit... i've got it on my UGIII. no back issues wat-so-ever.

are you sure about this? i was planning to buy those... IIRC isnt the P180 UG4s forks and the UG3 forks of same size?

The UG4 has 220's front forks. You can dosome jugad and fit clip ons with existing setup however stability will be an issue. The best I will suggest is ho for the RTR Clip ons. They should fit directly.

do NOT go for aftermarket clip ons if you go for long rides, they will only increase your back ache, go for p200 handlebar.
