MRF tyre for my P220.

Hello!
My bike's front tyre is a bit damaged due to being punctured. The tread wall is perhaps damaged.
Is it ok to fit a tube and run it?
But now there are no MRF Zapper FS available right now.I have searched for them at most of the showrooms.
Please help me to find me the MRF Nylogrip Zapper FS. 90/90 17.

You say that the front tyre is damaged. You also say that the tread wall is damaged. Have you seen it? How do you know?

Inspite of running on 28psi it is wobbling because of tyre wall.
And it has 4 punctures on it.
