Performance Tuning

Hi bros...

i got a P200.. done 28000 kms..
i wanna to have it tuned for higher performance, i dont mind sacrificing milage..
i dont wanna put any add-ons like K&N or boring etc.
can anybody suggest me a good mechanic in kolkata who s experienced wit this...
evidences are most welcome..

otherwise.. if anybody cld give me da directions how to regulate da air-fuel mixture i cld help out myself..
