I found the FZ16 user manual online in this location: Yamaha FZ16 User Manual.pdf

It looks like someone has scanned the entire manual and uploaded it. Credits to the original uploader.

I cannot vouch for its accuracy though. If you're unsure of something, verify it with the original user manual you received with the motorcycle!

This ain't the manual we are looking for. We are looking for service/workshop manual

I too have looked for the Yamaha FZ-16 Workshop manual, and also if I could find it under the name Byson (Indonesian FZ-16) but could only find it in....Spanish!

At least, it contains much useful information (torques, tolerances, etc...) and drawings that can be read in any language. Here is the link:
