Yes, I too am curious to know the reason why you want to BUY/ Change the Chassis!Originally posted by nirvan View PostCould you tell us what is wrong with the current chassis?
Dont do that! Changing a Chassis to that of an Old Motorbike would make your steed Illegal. as in, you can not just change the chassis until it has been properly registered/updated on the Registration Papers. Also, a new Chassis comes with a bill and hence can be updated on the papers where as an older/ preowned chassis would not come with a Legal Invoice and hence you can not officially change it. Ok, Officially is the word here.Originally posted by jd666 View Postother option would be to buy a second hand bike in a decent condition and use the chassis from that bike. Its not about the BHP or the CC, its about one common religion called Biking!!!

Guys the chassis number has rusted thanks to Rust/A bad paint job,and lots of bends and alignment issues with the rear wheel.Tried the (mono rear thing'ie) so want a new chassis, I am aware of the issues with regards to used chassis so I am not going in that direction. The tvs/ind-suzuki two strokes share the same chassis except for minor changes in how the side shields are mounted.
SO I am basically looking at a tvs max 100 chassis. As that was the most recent two stroke to be produced by tvs.
I need some help to procure a new chassis from tvs,Either through their dealers or by any other alternate means.
cheers
Aditya
