    Problem with my TVS Apache 160 RTR

    Can anyone pls help me to improve my bike's performance.

    Problem: Whenever I drive my bike at speed of 50+ ,its starts vibrating and feels like I am riding my bike on 2nd or 3rd gear at 50+ speed.
    I asked some of Apache bike owner regarding this problem but all said that they dont have any problem like thhis with there bike.
    I consulted with lots of mechanics also but noone is able to understand this problem.

    Pls reply on my prblem so that I can get rid of this problem.

          at what rpm and gear are you getting this problem? and how old is ur apache?

          try tightening all the loosen screws and check..
          try changing your oil to a better one like motul.. that will remove some of the vibrations
          A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.

          Always be ready (get geared) to fall and then think of sitting on the motorcycle.

            vibration in the bike at tht speed is common and due to small troubles.
            1.check chain slackness ----maintain 1-1.5inch slackness
            2.lubricate ur chain with thick oil like gear oil or differential oil.
            3. check the drum rubbers of ur bike.
            4.change ur petrol bunk and tune up ur carb with tachometer.
            5.finally check wheel and sprocket bearings and swingarm bushes.
            hope if all the above are rectified u wil get rid of the prblm for sure according to my knowledge being an automobile engnr.
