      No JD, since the spring actions are smooth I didn't feel like changing them. I'll buy 2 pairs of springs (if they're cheap ) today or tomorrow & give you the update.

        ^^ they are.. not more than 5rs for both. Change em. ANd if you wanna change all, then change the springs on the brake rod ( in the pic), and also on the brake lever ( attached to the chassis below the engine).

          I myself am a OWner of a RX-100 , i also faced the same problem when i first purchased the bike. BUt later on learning to do gear tapping i can control the bike much easier and quicker. so try doin it. it will be very helpfull to you...

            Finally fixed the issue. The culprit was the camshaft & plate brake shoe assembly. Replaced them with new ones & the brakes are more than amazing
