    1. Can this modification easily done? (couple welding tags etc..)

    2. What do i need for this modification?

    3. Is there any disadvantages?

    4. Will my digital meter and other things on front end mount on R15 front
    fearing without hassle?

    5. Your ideas about this modification

Hope you guys help me on this. i am attaching a pic of P180 with this mod. i found this in xbhp thread and you can get a idea about what i am asking.

This can be done and many here have done it .
you will also need to change to the avenger coil that supports 55w bulb as the r15 fairing will have two 35 bulbs so if you dont change it or get coil re-winded the bulb will get dim . also your engine will heat up sooner as the fairing restricts air movement .

But those fellows who done this mod says there is enough space to get good air flow to the engine so there is no heating problem. if there isn't enough space i can do some mods to faring right?

Anyway, is Pulsar 200 default handlebar ok with this r15 fearing?

          Thanks for helping me pal

U do have to think about ur handle bar, u can go for the 180ug4 split handle bar, that direct fit to P200. that will give you a better maneuvering. And if you want to know about fork or those thing...need no change. just you have to weld some rods or plate to make the fairing steady, and the weight will increase a bit. Don't worry for that. Get it going. will be waiting ur moded P200...

no disadvantage dude...i am riding above bike from last one year...you'll just need to weld front headlight stand of R15 in front of your p200 chassis so that headlight fits properly to your bike..but you need to be extra-extra careful while getting that stand welded on chasis..so where you from ? if you're from delhi then i can help you more....

i said so because chassis is the base of your bike..so be extra careful because first you'll have to weld a thick iron piece & then you'll have to fit that stand on that piece with nut & bolts , + you also need to find out where actually u have to weld that iron piece on your chassis i.e height from the ground & front mudguard..

Who told u the thing highlighted in bold?? Have u tried it or do u know it?

@ the thread starter, the UG4 split bars as seen in 220 is not a direct fit onto 200, as the forks dia is different and also the mounting plate. u need to change the forks to 220's in order to accommodate the split bars as seen in 220.

How much will the R15 and FAZER fairing cost ??

My basic need is to put 2 headlight to my Unicorn, no matter how.

Any ideas apart from R15/Fazer fairing??

                            Oops sorry i didn't mention.
P220's I kinda didn't like the naked fitting and also it won't solve my need.
I want to install 2 Headlights which can hold H4 bulbs.
                            I want High-Beam and Low-Beam on both.

Hi , have done the r15 mod on non digital Pulsar 150 dtsi. costed me around 25k along with the colour , handle bars. Took my dude a good amount of time. Results were pretty good. Has a good riding position and can be taken for long tours.
