    Need help with HH Karizma R ( Sep 2008 )

    Hi,

    I have a Karizma R , bought in Sep 2008. Its been ridden very less, mileage is 6000 kms approx in last 2 years (as I was abroad most of the time). Now that I have returned , I find that the engine has turned very rough.
    For a period of about year, the bike was used very less (by my Dad) only for warming up. Things that have been done recently (2 months ), 1 oil change. I am unable to understand why the engine sounds so laborous.
    Please suggest a engine oil that is best for ZMA , and one which is available around Mumbai.

      You said nobody used it and you also changed the oil as soon as you come from abroad. 'Rough engine' is very strange. The best engine oil for karizma is the mineral oil from Hero Honda, manufactured by Idemitsu Oil.

      There may be other reasons for the roughness of the bike. Have a thorough check at the service center.
