[Help]: How to organize an drag racing event in Mumbai?

hello,
i work with an newly formed event company, we are planing to come up with a drag race in mumbai, can you please give us some information on how to get started and whom to contact and work with. at this stage we are gathering information and looking at some venues. please help us with as much as information possible. thanx

Apart from the venue for such a drag race event, I believe the foremost thing is to take a written permission from the concerned authority (Police and Law & Enforcement Department or the likes). Also, crowd control would be a HUGE issue during such an event!
