You can/will find a number of mechanics doing this in mumbai or pune.
yep ive seen many done but any idea how effective it is?and any "side effects"?

    anyway jst for reference!

If possible, get the entire rear disc setup of the R15 fabricated and mounted on the rear rim of the FZ.
Is it possible to procure the entire R15 rear disc setup??
If yes then i think it will be a direct fit for bikes with rear disc. What's your opinion on this?
            My thoughts...

^^ yup you can order it from a dealer. But the only issue is that you will have to match the mount holes for the disc and the rim that you wish to mount on.

Thanks to RanjithMN, I found this discussion page. I have been hunting someone who can do that in Mumbai. Open to any clues

                    Regards,
