      The gap would be specified in the service manual mate!!!! check your documents. or even i believe the owners manual would have. Glad to hear the situation improved!

          Hey Aargee,

          Did you try the things that i told u? Just give it a try and check, also get the carb thoroughly cleaned and re-tuned.
          Ride Hard !!! Ride Safe!!! Enjoy every moment on your machine !!! Cheers....

            ^^^Carbs are really clean as this problem started only after servicing; I've also double checked the carbs the second day after service; tuning was also done twice, once during the service & one more the second day after servicing; I now strongly suspect 2 things...
            1. Throttle cable
            2. Worst case - OE cylinder/piston or both stolen & replaced - damn

              Filter used ??? stock or which ?

                Thanks guys for all your suggestion, I hope this problem will not be rectified unless I change my rings that I hopefully get this week; I'm really happy that the cylinder, piston & rings are still OE & none has been changed; had a great time last Friday opening it up & fixing it back; Special Thanks to JD, if it weren't you, I could've not put them back.
                Once I change the rings I'll keep the update posted here.

                  Problem solved - what the mech told is right, after a week of running in like run in period the carbon helped resolve the issue & thanks to my stupid experimentation on opening the cylinder that only delayed.

                    Through this experiment you have brought this issue discussed that I would be able to trouble shoot in case it happens to my bike .

                    I always feel there is a room to learn in every experiments.
