    I had bought a yamaha yzf-r15 on jan 27 2010 and till date i havnt got my battery (was given a old battery)and mirrors..its been two months n i stay 120kms away from der n nt possible 2 go der frequently..every time i go n ask fr them i get a negative reply..
    so any contact details of yamaha office.head office etc..
    should i go for consumer court..
    what are your suggestions?

        Do you have your manual with you?

        Pls email to the Delhi and Hyderabad regional offices tha tyou find on the last page of the manual. if you are pissed off, include the address I PMed u. You will be flooded with calls. Demand them what you need. You need not oblige to what they say until you get the battery.

        Ah, mention your mobile number in the email.

        If you want more fun, don't pickup the call they'll call u like mad.

        PS: thought u r in AP. instead of the Hyderabad regional office you address it to the appropriate regional office for your region.

          i suggest you do what HydBiker suggested,dont be soft on them and wait for the spare to arrive cause i had to wait for almost 5 months to get my spares...but in my case it was only couple of dented parts.

            call up yamaha corporate office at this number - 0120-2351209 on monday. ask for the service head, and jack em up.
