    Workshop manual for kinetic Honda 2 stroke

    Friends
    Any one of you have Workshop manual of Kinetic Honda ZX 2 stroke model?
    As the model stopped long ago and now mechanics are not interested to work on this, I am in required of Work Shop manual.

    If there any availability on net, please provide the link. If anyone has scan copy kindly upload.

        there is possibility of kinetic honda DX, will have to look

        glad Kinetic Honda is at least mentioned here. i think we need a thread for the most zippy 2 stk scooter ever

            err can anyone tell me the ideal tyre pressures of kinetic honda?
            in vizag they were filling it at 26 36
            and in Hyderabad the mechanic says it is 30 35.

            and i don't have the manual to cross check the right values.

            yes i agree too that kinetic honda too should have a dedicated thread on xbhp.

                are you sure of the values cuz i felt the engine working heavy when the back tyre pressure was around 28
                there was no pick up either.

                  Ya I'm sure. I remember the recommendations given in the owner's manual.
                  Now plz dont abuse/kill me for my next question

                  2. Carry a pillion most of the time

                  if either or both is true then you can use little higher than recommended in the rear.
                  And also try to check tyre pressure when tyre's cold (preferably at 29.5' C)

                    am 60 kilos and most of the times the pillion rider is at most 39 kilos

                    been using this 30 , 35 pressure for the past 2 weeks and I haven't noticed any problem as of now.
                    not sure if it dangerous either.
                    The ride quality is very Zippy on my scooter though

                        Dont worry. Enjoy the ride.
                        love this scooter now. it was my papa's.
                        Small and so good to handle in heavy traffic. two stroke acceleration. cannot compare her with new age scooters in terms of nippiness : )
                        Am sure i will keep her with me as long as I can.

                        wish I had a workshop manual for it though.
                        Looks like no one in xbhp has it.

                          But acceleration is poor below 20kmph and brakes lacks confidence.

                            no not yet a DIY guy but I wont mind doing little things in my own.
                            I recently got it serviced and the acceleration has dropped in 0-20
                            the guy put the fuel screw at 3 turns and says that it is safe
                            earlier it was around 2.5 turns and the acceleration always gave me a smile
