Hey! Everybody

I have a problem with my stock p180 IV generation headlights.
the problem is the low beam seems if has been set as high beam and the high beam seems to be set to read the posters along the road. In short i am not satisfied by the illumination it provides.

I have already tried to lower the beam by adjusting the beam screw( its in the lowest possible now), i also got it adjusted by the technician from bajaj service centre but it comes to no help.

So please tell me how can i have a better illumination.
I would first prefer to do any adjustments without spending any money.
But if its not possible this way than you could suggest me any other ways including installation of HID's.
