Finally got hold of your problem!!!
loose(not remove) all four screws of the chain guard and push the chain guard towards the engine from rear end of the chain guard
and simultaneously tighten the screws
and the problem will vanish!!!!
I too had that same problem(If you have a closed chain guard)
