  • Suspension for RX 100

Today, as i went to service centre, uncle (he is a bit old) suggested me that my bike's suspension at back are hardened and i have to change it.

Now the question is i really don't want to go for those GABRIEL or ENDURANCE traditional RX one's. .I am thinking of changing them to Discover Dts-i one's.(remember those SnS).Can experts please elaborate that are they good for bike like RX (occasional smooth driving, mainly rough driving and if not what are the adverse effects.

      You've 2 options
      1. Endurance Pulsar 135-DTSi (old model, the new ones have gas)
      2. Pulsar 150's Nitrox
Additionally you may consider RTR's too

i am not a fan of SNS. if you do'nt like OE RX shox then you have following choices from bikes weighing almost same.

            Discover100's gas shox
            honda shine/stunner/twister shox

but make sure the length of the shox is same as the OE RX ones so that the ride height is not changed

                  Got them today.

Got a pair of Discover's SnS today for INR 844/- . I didn't expected they r too much cheap compared to others.

Will get them to be fitted on sunday and then have to see the changes

just make sure that the suspension travel is not more than the rx rear suspension, otherwise the tyre will hit the mud guard/underside of the bike.

                      utter smoothness

Got them installed today.Bike's feeling a little bit lower b'coz previously installed brackets in them.

Riding - Whoa !!!!! It feels like there aren't any potholes on the roads whom i travelled day before installing SnS.Bike feels so smooth even i can't imagine this smoothness (or may be previous one's are hardened that's why i m thinking this).

But comfort level is great under SnS.For increasing height,i have installed brackets on those suspension.

At last i m very happy with performance and thanx to u all for providing me such kind help.
