Well, you cannot make RX135 to sound exactly like RX100, however you can make a modest attempt
Test - Remove the exhaust assy of RX100 including the silencer (or core) & fit it to RX135 & check out the sound & that will be the closest you can get

Now if you intend to do it, buy a new set of exhaust assy from Y.A.S.S (you'll get the one for RX100/RXG & not the original RX100) & fit it to RX135. You'll need to change the silencer (or core) by replacing it with some locally made one.

For more information, check out the experiment carried out here

As Aargee advised, the only closest way to get RX100 beat on to RX135 is by changing the core (flute like tube are the rear end of silencer) of RX100's which you can get it from junkyard or from mechanics who would provide one from scrap.

Since I could not get Original RX100 silencer, simply tried this experiment. Though the musical note is not exactly the same as 100, however, you may note the complete difference of what RX135's and would be close to RX100 beat. I love it !

Try this out and let us know.

Small correction, these days new set of Silencer Assemby from YASS comes with tag 'For RXG/RX135' and not RX100 however, the part number remains the same as RX100.

Actually both of us are incorrect; just verified that it is labelled as Muffler Assy RX/RXG. No 100 or 135 mentioned.

Simply remove the muffler, in RX it's a long flute like thing with many holes and you'll be greeted by the most demonic two stroke scream you'll ever heard.

In mechs language it's called "Baansuri" (Flute).

Thanks for the update. Well I did not pay much attention to the description of the label.

The attachment may be clear the parts name

True what the manual says is correct, but whats upp with running only with the muffler pipe and removing the silencer, without a silencer exhaust ???

I would say the connecting rod will come through the exhaust saying i cannot be inside.
