  • [Help]: Coloured Alloys

    Hi Folks,

I've seen many bikers paint thier bikes alloys in different colours,
Even companies like HH and Yami too paint thier alloys in different colours

Im also planning to change the colours of the alloys my current bike is TVS Flame Black with Black alloys,

Which colour will sute the bike and how much will be the cost to paint both the alloys?

I've seen manyu colours such as
    White
    Red
    Orange
    Blue
    Parrot Green
    Silver.....etc

Tell me which colour will last long and produce a good effect??

Its not the color, but the process involved in coloring the rim that ensures a lasting finish. Powdercoating is one of the best options to ensure that the paint does not leave the rim.

        ^^^

Ok, How much does it cost? Is that the price varies for the colours or is it the same for all the colour variants?

        Which colour gels well?

^^ quotation will be given by the person who is doing the powder coat, though it should not be more than 500-700 bucks a wheel.

Color can be of your choice, also depending on what colors are available with the coater.

Well thunder, since you're from Chennai let me know where you get it done from.. Even I was planning to get my R15's rim painted as it started chipping from the edges..

Was just wondering though, is it possible to paint just the upper wall of the rim? I mean, the same as those rim-stickers but in powder- coat form?
