You can use semi-synthetic oils like Motul 5100 10W40, Shell AX7 10W40, Liqui Moly 10W40 Street if you ride in the city.
For continuous long-distance rides, I would suggest something fully synthetic like the Motul 7100 10W40, Castrol Powe1 Ultimate 10W40 or Shell Advance Ultra 10W40.
Semi-synthetic oils seem to make the engine smoother.
All these are good oils. Choose one according to your usage.
