  • advice needed abt oil filter in fz16

    hai,,i use to change my bikes engine oil all by myself,,is there any other company oil filter for fz16 other than the company oil filter,,awaiting valuble replys!!!!!!!!!

      There is no major advantage of using any other company oil filter. Yamaha's are known to have the best things in their lot, atleast in INDIA.

        And its just a paper which acts as a filter. There is not much to worry about oil filter.

          im guessing the query was does any other bike's filter match the FZ's filter.

          The answer is, there is. but i need to confirm the name of the bike.

            thanks to all for the valuble reply,,but my question was is there any other filter other than the yamaha filters,,because i use to change oil by myself and nowadays the service guys are not giving spare oil filters outside,,they say that its out of stock,,so i am helpless

              K&N offers high flow oil filters .....but it costs more than stock...
