  • Engine over heating problem..Help me

I own a 2008 model Unicorn and it has clocked around 18000KM.Now the problem is engine is over heating in short running distance even if I rod around 2-3 KM its getting too much hot. It's last service was done on 16800KM that time SVC changed the engine oil(Honda 20-40W),spark plug and air filter has changed at 12000KM .Now I am planning to give it for the service again with in this week,so which are the parts should check while servicing,Is it because of the Climate here(Approx 33*C in here in Bangalore) or is it necessary to replace any engine parts.I am worried ... Help me please

Get your AFR checked, It is running too lean, i guess. In my area the temptreature is between 40-45C and my bike runs considerably cool.

Thanks brother...After the last service this problem was not there.Last time specifically I told SVC people to do Carb tuning and after service I noticed that pick up has increased and temp was normal even at higher ambient temperature.Any engine trouble?...Once again I will check the AFR by any local mech.....Further help is needed from you...Thanks a lot

First thing, check if your engine is running lean (less fuel more air) & check the timing belt
