Can't diagnose the problem completely, but one piece of advice is:Use the choke!! That's what it's there for; Cold starts, early morning starts etc. By not using it, you are making the starting mixture very lean and difficult for the engine to start up.

Your problem maybe solved if you get the carb cleaned and the tuning set right

      All the best!!

I'm advising thinking that you faced this issue more than once...

Please take the bike to known mechanic/ Authorized Service Center and thoroughly check where the issue likely.

        1. Clean carb
        2. Check Petrol tube to find if there is any problem
        3. Check for heavy carbon deposit on your spark plug.

I could only think of these, if you had already done this checks, try checking with Authorized Service Center.

I'm sure experts in this forum would also give more light on this issue.

Drain the fuel you are using and get the fuel and the fuel filter inspected. You might be using adultrated fuel.

The symptoms are clearly suggesting a carb tune issue, but since you say it is perectly tuned, try the beforesaid suggestion.

Bingo dude... I had the same problem with my bike since it was 35000 kms old and i ignored the problem as to a minor one... I had exactly the same problem..... But in my case, i had fitted a k&n just a month ago....

Infact once, the mechanic also claimed that i had lost the compression in the cylinder and i had decided to giveup the bike. And then i met chinmay dangre who dignosed the problem of engine overheating.. I went to the showroom, got the carb set to a slightly rich mixture and since then this problem has dissappeared..

However, this probelm has been replaced with a new probelm of engine over revving once the engine is sufficiently warm...

I am still getting the problem dignosed.. So please let me know if this problem is olved in ur bike ..

                      Hi,

Why dont you try increasing the rpm. you may want to check your idle rpm.

Idle RPM has been kept 1400+/-100 from the 1st day.
