hello friends i need some information/help recently i noticed that my RX speedometer is not working so i went to a nearby guy who repaires all types of speedommeter,changed the inner/outer of the meter and also the small worm which revolves down the wheel but no use,i thought that the speedo life is over and has to be repalced and he said so "bhaiyaji aap ka meter kharab hua hai shayad naya daal do pricol ka" i said ok "dekhte hai"
in his shop i noticed a RD350 speedo/tacho i asked him "bhaiya kya ye wala mere RX par baithega"he said you can ask a mechanic he will guide you exactly yes/no but its difficult to find a new original one.
i noticed the RD speedo/tacho was looking very S--Y two cups and i got hooked on that i enquired with some mechanics but useless guys all were giving big talks this,that,ye,wo hey fiends can you tell me can i find a new RD speedo/tacho(rpm),and can i make the rpm meter work,is it possible to find a rpm cable and the gear/worm which makes it work,what is the price for the meter full set a close friend said it costs round about 2000Rs.
pls guide me on this is it a good idea to go for the RD meters on the RX or should i stick to the same genuine one your inputs/ideas on this will be highly appreciated
