Before spray painting won't i be needing any primer coating?
With under body, i meant chassis & frame parts. Btw, engine cylinder has few spots of peeling of paints too, but I'm not thinking of painting it though.
Yes, a sand paper & spray paint should suffice. Go to any nearby bike spares shop & ask him for a spray paint can. IMO the local brands differ from place to place. Just try to get a good & economical one.

Most of the spray paints available these days are for direct application & donot need any sort of primal coating. Just keep the surface to be painted rust & dust free. That should suffice.
NOT BEEN THERE NOT DONE THAT

Completed the job. Feeling good now. Though the finish of the paint job is not like stock but it hardly matters.

Its a crylic lacquer spray paint. costed me Rs.270 (dont know about MRP, it was scartched) Here's a pic of spray paint used.

Do you want to see how's the finish (paint job) on bike?? if so then I have to remove the fairings, tank and seats (which I dont want to do *I'm lazy*)

And no clear coat used. but they are available in spray cans on ebay.
              EDIT:
can anyone help me make the image visible? tried the IMG code, but its not working!!

I have been enquiring about tyres for my hero honda hunk. I went to a michelin shop yesterday, the owner was not present but the technician said that the rear tyre (tubless) would cost 2600 and front one 1600 .. that sums up to 4200 and the same for mrf is 3400.

                    Is michelin really this cheap?

                    Satish,

regarding tyres for Hunk, which size you need for rear? if you are oversizing it then you'll have to remove chain cover and you may also face problem when it will touch to main stand.
if you already installed. please let us know about the perfrmance.

                    senoirs,
i had installed a rear tubeless tyre. innitially it worked good. but after 3 months of installation, air pressure reduces by 20 after my daily rider of 18 20 kms with no pillion.
i checked for puncture and valve. no air is passing through it. i guess its passing through rim. so i chkd whether its damaged or out. but that also looks fine.
i remembered, while installing tyre bach again after checking for rim out, tyrewala applied some grease inside rim, does it causing ant problem?
