need help (fastrack bikers sunglasses)

    need help (fastrack bikers sunglasses)

    Hi guys,

    Last week I bought a Fastrack bikers sunglasses,model number M050GR3 P with polarized lens.. http://fastrack.in/FastTrack_Admin/P...ain_Detail.jpg

    the problem i am facing is that, I was cleaning the glasses with the cloth provided with them and the ""fastrack"" written on the glasses on top left in white color is coming out.. just due to cleaning some of the letters are out!!


    I sent a mail to the customer care@ fastrack 4 days ago but no reply from them..

    Is it normal?? or the sunglasses are not original..??

      From where did you buy them??
      If its from a titan or a fastrack store then you shouldnt be worried about the originality of the product

        fast track glasses have this problem. the paint on the frames also gets peeled off within a year or so. yours is under warranty. get it replaced asap. my friend had the problem of peeling and he got his replaced twice in 7 months

          really??? man i went to the shop.. shopkeeper said that this happens in every fastrack sunglass and refused to replace!! nd mine is not even a week old..! :|

            the shopkeeper won't replace.. go to any titan showroom (repair section)with the bill and tell about the problem. they will send it back to the company and most probably will offer a replacement voucher after a week or so. so you can upgrade or go for the same model. 've done this twice (for different reasons) and they have been prompt in replacements.

                  Checked mine just now to confirm. mine is fine. no problem with the print.
                  Its just couple of months old though.I think they wont give any warranty in this case, they will say its due to abuse.

                    you are right bro.. i went to the to the exclusive fastrack showroom today with bill.. they said sunglasses are 100% original and the print comes off in all the glasses.. in some some it takes times and in some(the new collection which is out now) it can come off instantly..

                    so, my problem is solved now.. thanks for the help guys..
