Dipstick Engine oil Level checking.
But as the dipstick is not upright and tilted sideways so the level marking creates a non-horizontal level. And the upper level mark creates two spots. Like the image.

The oil level should be in between the A and B points. (or slightly towards upper point(A).)
P.S: Don't screw the dipstick while checking the oil level.Comment

As long as the oil level is between the MIN & MAX level, its doesn't matter its point A or B. The RX manual shows the following...

I am assuming that you own a bike that uses 1Lit o\engine oil. Then, why take so much stress, just remove the old oil completely and fill in the new oil. That will be the optimum provided capacity for your engine.

If it's not 'screwing the dipstick' then, here, I am 100% true. One does'nt has to screw the dipstick while measuring the oil level.

i hv the same kind of system,and i use 1.1 lit of e oil,and yes my bike is req 1 lit,bit 100 ml extra oil makes a huge diff

regarding the bikes which have a glass to see the oil, you are asked to wait so that all the oil settles down to give you a perfect reading.
waiting for anytime between 3 to 5 minutes will settle down the oil, even in the dipstick case it will be raised slightly.
i recommend, DO NOT screw the dipstick, and do not wait, you need to know if your oil is upto the marked level when the oil is still well circulated.
do as doc says, keep it anywhere between point A and B with he oil still circulating (not waiting).
which is easily possible with any 1 liter oil in a 900ml oil tank, in my bike's case i have a 1100 ml oil tank, and a completely perpendicular dipstick.
i have to fill 1100ml to reach the highest level.Giving a lot to a fiero.
