  • [Help]: Handlebar for Unicorn

    Hi all
I recently purchased a Honda Unicorn and riding it since 1 week. I feel that the handlebar position is a bit low and far away from my shoulders. I dont need to lean to hold the handle bar but am not getting relaxed position while riding. Earlier i had Suzuki Samurai which was absolutely comfortable riding.

Is there a way that I get the handle bar nearer to my shoulder ?

What I mean by this question is, can we put some handle bar riser or something like that to increase the height ? Or If suggestion is to change the handle bar, which handle bar should I put to my Unicorn ? What is the impact of changing the handlebar ? Please reply

Unicorn has one of the most comfortable handlebar to footpeg relations. Its just a matter of time you get familiarized with the new motorcycle and find a comfortable position on the saddle.

The only thing you can do is loosen the handlebar bolts on cones to align the handlebar inward or outward a little bit.

Read about the site, learn from others and share your knowledge. That's why its called a community of bikers, not a biker gang. The first step of the process would be to post an introduction about yourself.

Though it is possible, it is strongly advice not to do so as you're altering the engineering. Besides the motorcycle is recently purchased one having 1 or 2 years of warranty, atleast let the motorcycle complete its warranty period before changing any engineering.

+1; Though this is not required as the stock position is the best, if you feel so, yes, you may do this.

Appreciate to post an intro about yourself
