Put a Plastic cover between the tank and the cap

If you can find the crack, use Mseal. It the Cap's thread is gone, find a replacement cap! If nothing is possible, replace the oil tank or run premix

@ aargee: sorry for straying off topic but can a lean air-fuel mixture ruin a 2 stroker running premix?

Well, I dont have a Shaolin but if there is a rubber seal inside the cap (like we have in Bullet), you need to take a look at it.

@felix.raghav i feel putting a plastic cover hinders the oil flow n there is no
crack in the tank even the thread is fine .
@aargee i hate running on premix it just doesnt provide
enough oil at high revs
@franklyspeaking there aint any rubber seal inside the cap

I had similar problem with my RX, but the leak was from eye piece. I had tried Mseal & stuff, but nothing worked. It was a pain as the leaking oil was synthetic 2T.

Finally changed the 2-T oil tank itself. Not sure if its available for Suzuki strokers. Let me know if any help required.
