I have a honda unicorn 2nd gen bought second hand. The problem is I haven't completed the transfer procedure yet. 1- Which forms do I need the transferor's signs on? I have it on form No. 29 and 30. 2- I have done some modifications to the headlight of the bike, will it create any kind of problems during the transfer? 3- The insurance of the bike is still in the name of the previous owner and has about 6 months left. Will i have to get that changed or should i do it after it expires.?

I hope you've sale agreement form in addition to Form 29 & 30. Hassle free work is to take to a reputed driving school & get the work done. No headaches. It will take about one week to get the name transferred in the original RC. Meanwhile do not forget to carry the receipt from RTO stating that name transfer has been applied unless you want to deal with the cops.
