I'm shifting to Bangalore from Kolkata on the 3rd of July. Well along with my other stuff I'm moving into B'lore with my P180 UG3 (Which I think will take another 10 days or so). I'm looking for some advise regarding 2 things:

1) Registration at B'lore - Where and how to go about the registration process. Do you need to go through touts/brokers or do you directly deal with the RTO. I will be staying near Marathalli - KR Puram so I will need to know which will be the nearest RTO/PVD.

2) Servicing of the Bike - I'm looking for a Bajaj Pro-biking outlet or even a workshop where most xbhpians go to. B'lore is "biker city" so I don't think finding the right workshop would be an issue

Other stuff which I would also appreciate help regarding is:

1) Rented Apartment - My office is near Marathalli on the Outer Ring Road so I'm looking for a 1-2 BHK apartment with a garage (1 ALTO + 1 P180) between KR Puram & Bellandur stretch on the OR Road. Anyone planning to let out similar property or any who might give a good lead or numbers of good brokers is more than welcome to let me know. I need this done urgently as I will only get stay at office accommodation for another 15 days from 3rd July.

2) Car Service - Need to know the address of a reliable Maruti Service station in Bangalore.
