hey dude where are you from?? btw even I was facing the same silencer part rusting issue.I sprayed WD40 over it and alas!! no rust since den on.But if u wanna get rid of the rust permanently den give it for "powder coating" thats what they call it over here in mumbai. After coating ur silencer with a powder or so they will bake it as my mechanic told me "bhaati mai daalke pakaayega". The whole thing costed me Rs400/-. As for ur other parts use WD40.

          Another HH Hunk owner.

I am having a HH Hunk. I have purchased it in Dec'2009. I am also very much scared about rusting issue.
I use a mixture made from diesel and e.oil(1/10th E.Oil in Diesel) and spry it over the lower/metal parts of my bike at the time of washing of my bike. After I apply the mixture, once again I use water to wash out the excess.
That s the trick I apply on my bike. I think it should work.
          Move on.........
