A very good idea. Biking has a lot to with the brotherhood, camaraderie and all. So let us share the spirit of biking in pictures here

One from my side. We dont have big group like you. But normally 5-6 people ride together.

We organize through whatsapp, phone calls,xbhp forum and through Facebook.
We decide a g2g date and venue and let everyone vote for it. When it is decided we all fix a meet point and specific time to start the ride. Safety and discipline is our first priority. Our group is very well maintained and well behaved. Throughout our ride we maintain a single and safe line which follows the lead bike and is closed by the tail bike. The traffic and the line is controlled by two bikes which acts as Marshalls.

Mark, i did not forget this pic.
I intentionally did not post this picture here because i thought it would be better if Rahber posts this picture in our travelogue.
I love this picture. It shows the true bond of our brotherhood.
