  • My S3IS cam finally got fixed and it's back to it's old glory days, so the pics start flowing again
Found these at Foodworld Cunningham road! I think now i found something different to collect, construction vehicles/cranes/trucks in 1:64 change sizes

Surprisingly came across these 1:18 maisto vespa scoots there! They were really old (2004 make) but the packing was intact with tons of dust, got them for 150 bucks each:

Found these Tomica Construction vehicles in sapphire toys, they were selling it at Rs 69 each, mrp was 99. Also bought the bus:

Now, back to my crowded comp table: (most of my new additions that i had mentioned sometime back can be seen)

Past and present sitting pretty on shoe rack, now converted to scalemodels storage rack, some 25 1:12 bikes are still inside this rack

Finally the crowded display case, still trying to squeeze in things once in a while:

Around 3 1:18 cars and few 1:24 cars. 2 1:18 car assembly kits are still in hiding under an old rack due to lack of display space.

Bought few more construction vehicles today and a lone Tomica lancer EVO, will post pics soon

Thanks, yeah I have to keep rearranging them to accommodate new additions I have kept most of them in boxes due to dust issues, dust tends to get in to places that are difficult to reach\clean

                            Great collection
Thanks Am not in to brands, unfortunately scalemodel collectors here have very few choices There only two brands which are affordable that are available here when it comes to collecting 1:24 and 1:18 cars, Maisto and Bburago. The other brand is Autoart and their models are insanely priced! Signature brand offers only vintages and their 1:18 prices too are very high, they just have one 1:18 car that's 2k! and most of their 1:24s too are priced a bit higher than the rest. I have few 1:24 Signatures which i bought with 20% discount.
For Bikes, Maisto is the only choice as no other brand is available in 1:12 scale. Newray has few models that are in 1:12 scale but their finishing is very bad They have around 4 bikes in 1:6 scale and those are with decent finishing.

There are many brands abroad that are in the same price range as maisto and BBurago, some are miles ahead in terms of quality and finishing when compared to maisto, but no one seems to be interested in getting those here
