I just sharpened the image a bit. I also felt that it was a bit soft..so started working on it before you had put a msg.

And this image has been clicked as it is looking, no processing done to it apart from sharpening.

                    • It's looking soft because you used a bigger aperture and focused at infinity (Or somewhere really far away).

The DoF is not big enough to cover the objects inthe foreground.

Ya, it was clicked at Infinity focus coz its as per the "Sunset" mode of the cam.
And, if i would have clicked it under "Automatic" mode then i was not getting the same result, rather it was a much darker image and the also the glow on the water was not there.

Another two up for the critiques.

                          • @ Amvj- Are you using an additional lens? The macros are very detailed!

@ All- I'm trying (without scaring the bugs away!) and this is as good as I got (see attachment). Any tips? I try using manual mode most of the time (my cam does not have a shutter priority mode... ) so ideal ISOs, apertures & shutter speeds for outdoor shots would be?

P.S.- Though I'm late, posting a pic of my dog. He's a GSD... Photo tagline?

                            You get the point?? :D

No I don't have any lens. My camera don't support any additional add-ons. Its a basic P&S panasonic LS85 camera. that's all.
I use Adobe Lightroom to enhance the photographs.
