I had clicked a similar picture quite a long time back as well! The only difference was the angle and that the focus was on the eyelashes.. Here it is.

          :)

            • hey guys, i took this raw image yesterday with the moon at large with my Nikon coolpix8800 8 meg cam. I couldnt use the d80 as my lens maxed out at 135mm. White balance was at auto and only spot metering works here. A little more than 3 years to this cam, and it still works pretty well.

This ones a cropped from a RAW from the D80. Need a telephoto lens now, badly! does anyone here have a telephoto?? u guys seriously need to take some moon shots.

Good effort Mehul, but your moon is slightly over exposed and u need more reach

Here's one i took a few months back..

                • yea..thats what i was wanting to shoot.

Vicky: I was already shooting one stop down man. Couldnt get clearer than that. Its not the exposure, but the reach that was missing. Loved ur pic man!
