  • BBG (Biking Brotherhood) false advertising and misleading customers

I bought the BBG Tourer Gloves from Store4riders. BBG have themselves listed them there at a discount because there is a manufacturing defect.

Here's the defect exactly as it is written on their product listing:

"Note: Due to a production issue, the patch enabling touchscreen operation peels off. However, the leather portion underneath the touchscreen patch would be intact. In short, only the touchscreen compatible feature of these gloves will not work.

This product does NOT have any warranty."

No issues. I don't need touchscreen functionality anyways. I bought it in March and only wore it in medium rain for the first time last Sunday and it got wet in 30 minutes.

I contacted BBG on Instagram and they say that because of the defect of touchscreen, the waterproofing is compromised. But, they did NOT mention it in the product listing. In the product listing, they claim only the touchscreen functionality does not work. This is pure false advertising.

I have shared details in a video I created for this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdQiKicfG74

I have barely any viewers and subscribers so if you think my concern is real, please let me know how this issue can be raised in front of other riders to help them not be cheated. Thanks.

As it says you bought a product with "No warranty", so you cannot claim for any issue.
