    Which bike are you talking about? I have a picture of a pillion on Ninja300 sitting on top of Rapide. She faced no discomforts. In fact on ninja 300, the connecting belts go under the seat, so bag was not felt at all.

        Rapide will not have any problem with 200ns. In fact I think you can even try for Nomad.

              Can you confirm if the ViaTerra Rapide can be latched on to the R15S. I asked around but nobody could give me a definite answer. Please help.

                Dear Vivek,

                I have not used the Viaterra Rapide on my R15-S yet. But considering that [MENTION=47340]ABikerAtHeart[/MENTION] has tested it extensively on his R15 V2.0 and hasn't faced any significant issues. I presume it should be the same scenario for R15-S since both bikes share similar dimensions. Just watch out for the heat from muffler on long rides and check it periodically.

                As a matter of fact I think it might be easier to mount the Rapide on the R15-S tail because of the seat being much flatter and less angled; Also the grab rail can work as an anchoring point for the rear strap which is lacking on the R15 V2.0

                Already blown this month's budget on some riding gear, so plan to get this bag next month before my Ahmedabad-Amby Valley ride. Shall update you after testing on R15-S.

                  Would this work well on a TVS Apache RTR 180? I'm confused between the Cramster Colt, ViaTerra Claw and ViaTerra Rapid!

                    I have used Rapide on my Apache 160 for a 4000kms tour.
                    1. Material and Stitching Quality is top notch
                    2. Loading/unloading from bike is breeze and takes hardly 3mins. Bags didn't move an inch - be it bad roads or high-speed highway cruising.
                    3. Bags retain their shape properly.
                    4. It doesn't feel like the bags are there while riding. I was taking corners pretty easily in Chorla ghat. (After some aggressive cornering, I remembered that I have saddle bags and should take it easily )
                    5. Bags look small but have enough space (I had packed for 13 days trip)
                    6. Didn't get a chance to test the rain covers, so can't comment on that.

                    My verdict - Go for it eyes closed.

                      4000kms on an Apache! Wow! Now, that's morale boosting for me! Thanks for your feedback on the Rapide. I'll probably get it for my RTR!

                        I am looking for my 1st luggage/bags for my Gixxer sf. Infact, I am new to the biking world itself, been a long distance car traveler since 2009.

                        Have zeroed in on Via Terra Fly Universal non-magnetic tank bag and Rapide saddle bags. mailed Via Terra people and they confirmed that both will fit gixxer sf.

                        Are they the right choice? I am confident about their quality, my main concern is about their fitting on gixxer sf !! Will they be a good fit?

                          Should work on gixxer. If possible do try personally on the bike.

                            I ordered and got ViaTerra Rapide saddle bags last month. Tested them on my Gixxxer sf during recent 600 kms (300 x 2) trip to home town. One side journey was done with an adult pillion.

                            They are awesome. I fully agree with all the points made above by kdevdutt. Didn't move a mm, quality excellent, look small but can carry a lot and pillion can sit comfortably too. Loved using them.

                            I hope they will fit on almost any bike with raised exhaust!
