I have bought gloves, mobile mount, phone case, HID Ballasts and some other items all costing less then 3k and weigh around or less then a KG and till now haven't face any custom duties. I can not exactly answer your questions but advice you to start ordering with small and light stuff which don't grab much attention. Always do homework on a product before ordering it from abroad.
Good helmets can be easily purchased in India itself without worrying about customs and you will get warranty too. Same for the fog lamps, BiXenon projectors and Disscharge bulbs that too paying a little more compared to prices on Ali express and other online sites.

I want to know what exactly or particular things you are asking for.
