Definitely not Kevlar coated. The inner shell seems to be using Kevlar fibers, which can mean it's a blend of polyester and Kevlar and not 100% Kevlar.
The jackets do use L1 Knox armor and seems to offer good value for money proposition. Basically, construction is same as other jackets out there. Nothing significantly special apart from customizing items listed on the website.
