I own a Kawasaki Bajaj Eliminator and am truly pleased with its performance. It's India's answer to the American Chopper. I had purchased it in Dec 2002 and till date there have been no repairs at all.
I've got two punctures, couple of clutch cable replacements and once I had to change the front-shocks oil seal. Apart from these, the machine has been trouble free and I've been riding it without incident.
I was really upset when it was replaced by the Avenger.. but business is business and made peace with the Bajaj Stable personally.
I've used my bike to goto places like Alibag, Shahpur (1/2 way to Nashik) and Karjat sometimes. Am blessed with non-biking friends hence no far trips :-(
I really love this bike of mine.
Am planning to leave the country for Australia in Feb 2009 - Don't know what I should do with it.. my gut tells me to just drain the oil, and let it stay in the garage till I come back. I can't imagine selling it off.. what do you guys suggest?
Also i'd like to hear from other Eliminator owners... looks like we are a dying breed.. but a strong one!
