Streched her legs a bit !!!!!

Today I got an opportunity to test the limit of the bike. I had to go to Sarjapur for some work. The road was empty after all of the city hassles were complete.

I was going at around 60 and then I realised that this is the chance to test the speed. Pushed the accelerator to full. It zoomed to 80 and then the speed increase was slow.. held my breath and pushed and pushed. Touched 100 after about 1 km and then had to reduce the speed because of a "speedbreaker"

            Some things I observed :

            1. The engine sound was very smooth but quite loud, quite obviously.
            2. The bike was rock steady even at 100.
            3. There was still some speed left in the engine but needed a really long and almost straight road.
            4. Riding at that speed is not safe. The bike does not feel or produce a jitter, but the heart beats much faster, thoughts run in the mind like "what if a dog crosses now", "what if that guy suddenly moves to the right lane" "will these drum brakes do the job" etc etc.

All in all, the bike performs its best at around 80-85, with the sound being manageable and in complete control. Its also really enjoyable at those speeds. An awesome experience to own this beast.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.
